Just starting out trying the illustrator program, I notice first pulling up full screen mode in the mac, clicking was about 4 pixels diagonally away from the cursor tip. This problem did not persist when full screen is exited and brought back up. It has not shown up since.
Later, a popup saying the windows program has stopped responding. I hit end process and it became an empty illustrator window. Reloading the page and opening up illustrator leads to the blank window again. I powered off in an attempt to resolve the issue. It stayed orange for awhile, then when green; it still said that my "session was closing" when I tried to open up any window app. I have waited past the 2 minutes multiple times and tried again. It is green; yet window apps don't open, even past reboots and relogs. Finally the issue seemed to resolve itself, as illustrator booted up normally.
