Creative Cloud 2/10

Occasionally when saving (this time from the dropdown menu) illustrator window program will hang up again and display the Windows Areo loading circle. Not responding has happened again. My google drive is connected and I was going to save there. This time a notification popped up before the crash, saying "This file has been modified outside of illustrator." The file I used was a blank document that I uploaded from my computer into drive. I have not used this file in any other program other than the web based and the mac's version of illustrator. I will reload the page like last time and power off my session. It is orange again, and I will wait and see if the boot up time is just as long as the last. It is green and the 2 minutes of waiting have passed a couple of times now. It takes about 4 minutes past it turning green to actually have the window apps ready. It takes 2 minutes to turn from orange to green, but it still isn't ready for another at least 2. This time my google drive was disconnected as well.

Creative cloud is not connected in the web-based version of illustrator ( and photoshop). I have the creative cloud application installed. Unable to access the libraries already stored there. I went into the settings of illustrator, to the sync settings tab. I was not signed in like I thought, so I hit manage accounts and signed in with my school account. It's hard to explain but lines showed up across the program. I can still navigate the settings but my pointer is not clicking in the place it should be. Upon exiting the program I was greeted with session warning that it will become inactive, as it reached the time limit. Then it said my authentication token was not valid anymore, to sign out and sign back in. When signing back in, I powered off the session and waited for it to boot up again. The green dot continues to lie to me about the state of the program. Later, my account now does not connect to frame when I try to boot up any windows app. This time I am on my windows at home. It is either perpetual loading or non-responsive page.
