We come back to the data to see that U.S. spearheaded the growth of heath and wealth, and other countries that we call "third world" are catching up to the quality of life we see closer and closer to the United States. Other countries could develop social and economic change, and they weren't attached. Maybe it is time for U.S. to spear head something new, something that will let all the countries follow en suite.
