Other than trying to sell us a product, Pattie Maes introduced the dreams for the future. Pranav Mistry thought differently. Instead of using his brain to invent another smart phone, he took a completely different route in thinking. Maybe our schools should do this. We need not improve on what schools have been doing, we should think outside the box and try something different and innovative. Can Valhalla be called innovation nation when it's almost indistinguishable from every other high school in the country? Our education needs to catch up with what the world requires of us.
