Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are
I'm surprised how useful this technique can be in social encounters such as speeches, interviews, and stressful social situations. I have mild stage fright, and doing this could finally allow me to overcome this. It has been haunting me for a while, and as I'm able to function infront of peers, I am always exhausted and happy that it's over. Like Mrs. Adams says, the halo effect works on teachers too. Participation in the classroom is a great technique to raise your grade, as it raises the interest in the subject material as well.
